How it works
Our office is based in Tunbridge Wells and works to get tax refunds for employees who are paid through the PAYE system or are contractors or sub-contractors who come under the CIS system. Either way, there is a good chance they are due to a tax refund and we can help you to help them get it. If your staff use public transport or their own vehicle to get to work or travel to different sites, then they could be entitled to a refund. And we can help them get that money, saving you the trouble but getting you the credit as we offer full white label of the benefits on request.
We can consult with your company to see if your staff might be eligible and you are welcome to do your due-diligence at this point as well. We can then sit down with your staff to see who might qualify and take relevant information for the claim.
Making the claim
Once we have this information, we provide a dedicated account manager for your business who will be a point of contact for everyone in your business at no extra cost to you. We will work with your staff to complete the required paperwork and submit it to HMRC. Then we take any fees from the refund before staff receive it so there is nothing for you to pay.
